Ramon Tulfo reveals the reason why BBM lost in the VP race

Commentator Ramon Tulfo said an insider at the Commision on Elections (Comelec) ex Senator Bongbong Marcos should recheck his votes on Negros island and Maguindanao province where Leni Robredo won big.

In his column published under Philippine Daily Inquirer, Tulfo shared there were preshaded ballots in favor of Leni Robredo.

“According to the unimpeachable source, there were preshaded ballots, many voters were “delisted” while some election officers were reshuffled days before the May 9, 2016 election,” Tulfo said.

Tulfo also narrated that he met one of the Comelec officials who spilled the beans saying that there were many empty liquor cartons stuffed with bundles of P500 and P1000 bills inside his house during the election period

“The source added that before the Comelec official signed documents or decisions relating to the May 9 election, he would demand “pang-inom” or liquor money; hence, the cartons of empty liquor filled with money,” he continued.
