WATCH: PNP spokesman challenges VP Robredo on her data of 7000 killed: Pls be more specific if who they are

Vice President Leni Robredo will be one of the speakers in the UN Commission on Narcotic Drugs Annual meeting in Vienna, Austria through a recorded video about responding to EJKs in the drug war.

Leni started her message through giving data that a total of 7000 people were killed in summary killings since July 2016.

According to the VP this is against the rights of people especially those who live in the slums where the operation is being concentrated.

"They told us of the 'Palit Ulo' scheme which means exchange heads of wife or husband or relative of a person in the so called drug list if the person couldn't be found," Robredo said about the scheme conducted by the Philippine National Police.

On the other hand, PNP spokesperson Sr. Supt. Dionaro Carlos explained that not all of the people in the 7000 were connected on illegal drugs.

"Hindi yan norm, hindi naman yan practice, let us be more specific kung sino sila," PNP spokesperson challenged the VP.

at this point, the PNP urged the VP to explain where did she get those information for verification.
