This has been the warning of ACT party-list Representative Antonio Tinio in a press conference asking the President to make an apology and take back his threat.

“In fact war crime, crimes against humanity ang pagbomba ng mga eskuwelahan,”  said Tinio

Tinio added that crime against humanity might also be filed before the International Criminal COurt if Duterte will make his threat into action.

In a press conference held after his second State of the Nation Address last Monday, he mentioned he will bomb the Lumads schools.

The Lumad schools in Mindanao have been suspected to be a school of rebels who are on deck to fight against the Armed Forces of the Philippines.

On the other hand, records say that Lumad school has no permit. Castro challenged DepEd Secretary Leonor Briones to speak about the issue.
