Callamard saying Kian's death should be the last casualty, Duterte fuzzed and ended cursing her during her visit in Pampanga, August 28.

"Tang ina niya, sabihin mo. Huwag niya akong takutin. Putang ina niya. gago pala siya eh," said Duterte facing reporters.

Callamard posted a tweet in her Twitter account last August 26 when Delos Santos was laid to rest.

"My heatfelt condolences to #Kian family and to all families victimized by this curel war. #Makehisdeaththelast #Philippines," said Callamard in her tweet.

The president on the other hand, appeared to have a moment of confusion as he asked reporters what callamard's nationality was and where she was from.

According to reporters, Callamard is French. Duterte then said France is no different from the Philippines as killings also happen there in everyday.

"Sa kanila, they can detain a person almost indefinitely, under the french law. And the French law says you are guilty, and you have to prove your innocence. Ganun 'yan, presumption dito, inosente ka, it is the state who will.. Panghuli na yan? papuntahin mo siya dito, sige sabihin mo. Nandito ba?" the president added.

Duterte also told reporters to tell the special rapporteur to the visit the country and see its situation for herself.

"Do not ever give me that kind of shit. Republika ng Pilipinas ito, di teritoryo ng France. Gago pala siya. Hindi siya nakikinig ng sinasabi ko," he said.

Rody previously dared Callamard to fly to the Philippines to answer her questions on the drug war, given that she be open to a deabte with him and that she will make her statements under oath.
