Journalist revealed the connection between bank owners and Comelec chair Bautista

Commission on Elections Chairman Andres Bautista became the public eye after his wife, Patricia Paz exposed his alleged ill-gotten wealth wich amounts to nearly P1 billion.

Former SunStar journalist and now Department of Foreigh Affairs Strategic Communciations Head, RJ Nieto also known as Thinking Pinoy reveals some facts about the Luzon Development Bank in whi Andy allegdly put some money that was part of his unexplained wealth.

In Nieto's review, he explained the connection of LDB to Bautista.

 Thinking Pinoy gave a background about the LDB and he mentioned that one of the managing directors of the said bank was appointed as DOTC Undersecretary during the Term of ex-Pres. Noynoy Aquino in the personof Rene Timmy Limcaoco.

The said former Usec was embroiled in many controversies during his term in DOTC such as tried to extort US$30million, LRT extension wich never happened, and faulty Dalian trains.

"Now you probably ask, so what does Andy Bautista have to do with all these? At this point, it's clear that  Andy has too much money; Andy has too many bank accounts; Andy chose LDB; Timmy's family owns LDB; Timmy is part of Abaya's corrupt DOTC," said Nieto.

In his explanation, TP also prrsented graphs and breakdown of bank statements allegedly connected to Andy.

"LDB appears to not be enjoying drastic growth in the number of depositors, yetit enjoyed massive growth in the total amount of depositots.Moreover, most of the growth happened from 2012 to 2014. Now the scandals involving Timmy Limcaoco adn teh DOTC happened in 2013 to 2014."
