Robredo, Hontiveros, Lagman, are the worst kind of politicians says netizen

Former Presidential Assistant for Economic Affairs, Jose Alejandrino slammed several politicians describing them as dregs and scums of the society in his Facebook account which went viral.

The officials on his list include Vice President Leni Robredo, Senator Risa Hontiveros, and Albay 1st District Representative Edcel Lagman who are always angry at president Rodrigo Duterte due to his initiative in cleaning up the mess in the country.

"I consider politiicans in general to be the dregs and scums of our society. There are a few good ones but so few to make a difference. Corrup politiicans impoverished our nation. Corrupt politicians destroyed our democracy. Most of our elections were fraudulent. Money decided our elections," as read in Alejandrino's post.

Jose highlighted the heroism of soldiers who are in Marawi fighting with the ISIS-linked group Maute and the support of Duterte as their commander-in-chief while Hontiveros claims that Joma Sison is the real hero and Lagman blames Duterte for destroying the Marawi.

"Now look at the other side of the fence. We have Robredo proposing the legalization and decriminalization of drugs. We have Hontiveros calling Joma Sison her hero. We have Lagman blaming Duterte for destroying Marawi. Of course, they are angry at Duterte. Why? because he is bent on cleaning up the mess in the country. Those politicians who profess to be saints are really devils from a rotten system and see the moneybag disappearing," Jose added.

Jose further challenged the three politicians to walk their own talk if they are really sincere in what they believe is good.

"Why doesn't Robredo offer to join police drugbust operations and ask addicts and pushers to surrender? Why didn't Hontiveros go to NPA infested areaas and call on them to reach peace with the government? Why didn't Lagman go to Marawi at the height of the fighting and ask the Mautes to release their civilian hostages and leave Marawi? Why? Because they're boneless and spineless and scared," Alejandrino describing the three politicians.

At the end of his post, Jose describe them as empty talkers and hypocrites.

"They're cowards and without courage, all their self-claimed virtues are meaningless. They're empty talkers, hypocrites. These are the worst kidn of politicians. No wonder they're losing credibility," Jose concluded.

DREGS & SCUMS OF OUR SOCIETY
by Jose Alejandrino

I consider politicians in general to be the dregs and scums of our society. There are a few good ones but so few to make a difference.

Corrupt politicians impoverished our nation. Corrupt politicians destroyed our democracy. Most of our elections were fraudulent. Money decided our elections.
While our brave soldiers were dying in Marawi fighting terrorists, while our policemen were risking their life battling druglords, all politicians could do was yak-yak in the media and hold useless hearings so they could grandstand. Certainly like any organization there are some bad apples in our police force and they should be weeded out, but many of our police conscientiously carry out their duty. As for the armed forces, they demonstrated their high sense of professionalism in Marawi. They're heroes.

President Duterte showed his mettle as commander-in-chief visiting his troops on the frontline and attending to the needs of the wounded.

Now look at the other side of the fence. We have Robredo proposing the legalization and decriminalization of drugs. We have Hontiveros calling Joma Sison her hero. We have Lagman blaming Duterte for destroying Marawi. Of course they are angry at Duterte. Why? Because he is bent on cleaning up the mess in the country. Those politicians who profess to be saints are really devils who benefited from a rotten system and see the moneybag disappearing.

If Robredo, Hontiveros, Lagman and the others are really sincere about what they believe in, why don't they walk the talk? Why doesn't Robredo offer to join police drugbust operations and ask addicts and pushers to surrender? Why didn't Hontiveros go to NPA infested areas and call on them to reach peace with the government? Why didn't Lagman go to Marawi at the height of the fighting and ask the Mautes to release their civilian hostages and leave Marawi? Why? Because they're boneless and spineless and scared. They're only brave when they are far from the ravages of war sitting in the comforts of their office. They're cowards and without courage, all their self-claimed virtues are meaningless. They're empty talkers, hypocrites. These are the worst kind of politicians. No wonder they're losing credibility.
